Blank screen after migration to a new hosting

I migrated liveadmin to a new hosting and now I get a blank white screen.

I tried to install a new one, installation process passes alright but then when I want to get into liveadmin I get installation screen with "I have no idea why you are here..."

Hosting configuration meets Liveadmin requirements.

Could you please help me? Any Idea?
