New in version 1.3.0:
- Chat transfer, it's now possible to transfer a chat session to another online agent or transfer to any available agent in a different department. Transfer button is in chat area when session started.
- Company news, root users can create news articles to be visible by all agents. It will be merged into news feeds of LiveAdmin in start page. To manage, go to Configuration -> Site Information -> Manage news feeds.

Improvements:
- Listing dialogs now have separated buttons for better management. It used to be on right click menu.
- Startup page of admin panel improved to work better with modern browsers.
