Online Agents

A new section to view list of online agents has added to admin panel. It's accessible by all root agents. A root can assign permission to other agents to access online agents. This can be done in Admin Panel -> Config -> Agents

When an agent is in chat with a client, a root can VIEW the conversion. This has been added to admin panel. To view a chat simply press answer button or right click and select answer.
