license key reset

Need you to reset my license so I can use it again on my new site

Already emailed you twice about this but you have not responded in neally two weeks now and need to unlock my version to stand alone full version which was the license I paid for when I was using it on my domain at that time.

Please get in touch I need this sorting out as soon as possible

Instead of playing stupid computer games such as BF4 etc you want to be replying to clients who have paid good money for a license to use a package you control who are having issues which is so much more important.

At present I cannot even reinstall and use the system because you have failed to respond back and deal with my license issue for almost a YEAR.

Well philstacey sorry that youre having trouble with your software, but its with all of us. As far as BF4 its what I do as a gaming clan, I DO NOT get paid for helping out here. and I have the same issues as everyone else here.

The admins of Liveadmin have NOT replied back to any emails or post I have set them, SO my hands are tied. This has been going on about 1 year now. So have they abandoned this software ? I don't know, but they are doing a good job at showing that they have or just don't care for the ones who support it. Im hoping that this will change but so far it has not.

This product should be shut down if no support is given.

Still cannot use the product even though paid for it as stand alone version.

License not reset.
No contact from Live Admins what so ever.
No support on this matter in well over a year.

YET THEY STILL SELL IT

Looks like I will have to submit a Cease and Desist order on the Live Admin site and forum if I get no response because you cannot sell something then offer NO support even for license issues.

This is the last time the main LIVEADMIN staff logged in which shows they dont give a shit. DONT BUY THIS SOFTWARE.
