unable to check registration

Hi whenever i enter my registration code into the registration code box, i get this error message:
"UNABLE TO CHECK THE REGISTRATION CODE AT THIS TIME. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER."

I have re-checked the code over 10 times, and it is entered correctly each time.

I recieved this error message after i have upgraded to the new version 1.3.0

Any fix for this at all?
