Adding fields

I was curious about adding an email field to the client area.

How would I go about adding it?

I was also wondering about the Department drop-down that I've seen in the chat popup example

Any help you can offer would be appreciated

Log inot your LiveAdmin then click on configuration button, then click the Chat Panel.
There you will see an option to Manage extra fields
