First you need to be patient abit more , your first post is only 3 days,
second I moved your post out of the bug report forum as this is NOT a bug in program, please post in the appropriate forums.

You can use something like this example:
<a href="http://www.YOURSITE.COM"><img src="IMAGE.gif"
alt="World Wide Web Consortium Home"
width="72" height="46" border="0" /></a>

Yes, bring up your webpage with your live admin icon on it, I use Google Chrome for this..

Then right click on the icon and click 'inspect element'

This should show the contents of the liveadmin div which the contents should look like this

<img style="cursor: pointer;border: none 0px;" id="liveadmin_status_image_liveadmin" src="http://www.yourwebsite.com/liveadmin/images/on_off/tm_02_on.png" onclick="Live_3a5e4b8ee5d22f0cd5ab1e0a054f8486_Admin.StartChatPanel();">

Now make a hyperlink copying the code in the 'onclick' field from above into the link below.

<a href="javascript:void(0)" onclick="Live_3a5e43jej4js4339892839e0a054f8486_Admin.StartChatPanel();">LIVE CHAT</a>

A live visit is a preparation that requires clear parts and obligations. The mediator part is focal; he or she works away from public view to make a smooth encounter by depending on a system demonstrated to build support and engagement. This technique empowers a mediator to open lines of conveyance between writers and the general population by cultivating a momentous exchange about the news of the day.
