Hi there, just in trial period, but struggling to get a live-assistance logo up on my website. It's just a box with a red cross in the middle. Help? www.tradesadvisor.com, any ideas (top right)? Also, I am using joomla 1.5, do I need to insert the coding that appears in the admin panel, or is this for other structured websites? I've inputted the code for the joomla module.

I found that by moving the main code to the bottom of my page before </body> instead of having it between <head> and </head>, made the icon show up.
