Client Chat Window Messed up IE6

Postby joomladiva » Tue Aug 04, 2009 12:18 pm

Hi there, does any know why the chat window for a client appears so messed up in IE6? In general, I don't know where to modify this file, any help is very appreciated. There is an option to load custom css but I don't know where to start.

What theme for client site are you using? Have you tried the default theme?

Yes, I have tried all themes including the default. The window looks cut at the bottom with half of the arrow and text input showing. On some themes the text goes way out of the square box; haven't been able to figure this out.

Anyone can tell where to modify the css files? Or create a new one?

I am a bit disappointed with the support on this tool. I paid for it and just can't believe there is even a phone number or contact information available!

Please use this form to send us email directly:

Don't forget to include a web site address or somewhere that we can see the installation and examine it with IE6.
