Lite version: Installer not creating record on lvad_sites

Hello, i installed the Lite version 1.3.5 on IIS 6
the admin panel "works", but the client panel does not
The installer did not created the record on the table lvad_sites, so the key generated is
L0V0M0

Please help

I already solved it
I created the recor on table sites, with the id of SiteId from table user,

Also i modified the table wait, in the field nickname to can be NULL
