Blank Client Window

Hi,

I just installed the stand-alone LiveAdmin package on my site, and everything is looking great on the admin panel. However, when I try to test the client side by clicking "Live Chat Online," the window opens up but is entirely blank. No fields to type in, no message etc. I am not receiving any errors or anything. I added the javascript code and <span> tag to the page. What could I be doing wrong? Do I just need to register before this becomes functional on my site?

sorry for late reply had family issues and pc troubles..

First if you have not resolved this issue, try this:

Make sure your code for your block look like this: <center>
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://www.mysite.com/liveadmin/client.php?key=this is the key that was assigned you"></script></center>


<center> just so that the image youre using is centered properly


also make sure you point to the location where you have liveadmin installed on your site.
